P7 enjoyed a fantastic day out at Red Branch Bushcraft in Forkhill. Diarmuid was a fantastic host and showed the pupils some great techniques when camping in forests and mountains.They got the chance to forage and build shelters from the natural resources around them and even got to experiment with making sparks and flames too! The weather was fantastic and the pupils were so engaged…….competition was fierce for the best shelter award!
