Sports Day 2021 got underway early this morning. Although the sky initially looked grey, the children came out in their brilliant colours and spent the day competing in sprints, scoop, egg and spoon, sack, skipping, obstacle races, target throws, penalty kicks, basketball and football tennis. They worked together to win points for their team. Sports Day 2020 was lost due to COVID-19 so the children were determined to make up for lost time.
The weather was kind and all events were completed competitively. Treats were provided and kitchen staff delivered takeaway food. A brilliant day was had by all!
