We have been really busy in Primary 4 over the last few weeks. In PE the children have been learning some dance moves from Burns Sports which they are loving. They have also been developing their Hurling and Camogie skills thanks to Liam Smith's coaching.

This week I have realised what amazing artists we have in Primary 4. Under the direction of Artist Sinéad McDermott they have each created an individual piece of art. Congratulations Primary 4. I am very proud of you all

This week Primary 4 got the opportunity to work with IZAK9. They worked in groups to solve maths problems using a set of 9 cubes per group. It was great fun and there was a lot of learning going on. The biggest challenge was to try and put the cubes back together.

Catholic Schools Week

This week we celebrated Catholic Schools Week. The theme has been ‘Live Life to the Full’ and Primary 4 have been taking part in lots of activities. On Wednesday we took some time to celebrate the important and amazing role of our Grandparents. The children wrote about what they enjoy doing with their Grandparents, drew a picture and thought about what special things they would do with their Grandparents if they had a magic ward.
